Elizabeth McGrath is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She was born and raised in Raleigh and graduated from Broughton High School. She graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2011. After working at Rex Hospital as a Labor & Delivery nurse for eight years she received her Master of Science in Nursing from Frontier University in 2018.

Mrs. McGrath lives in Raleigh with her husband, infant son, and two dogs. She enjoys spending afternoons hiking in Umstead park, and attends Hayes Barton United Methodist Church.

“I truly enjoy obstetrics and gynecology because it gives me the privilege of working with women from all backgrounds and throughout their lifespan. The most rewarding part of my practice is education and helping women to make informed choices about their health. As a new mother myself, I particularly enjoy caring for women on their journey to motherhood.”

Mrs. McGrath’s other professional interests include preventive health education, and caring for adolescents and millennials!
